Little Me at Marin School of the Arts

LITTLE ME opens at 7 p.m. Friday, November 9, in the Performing Arts Center at MSA.
Shows continue at 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, November 10, 16 and 17, with 2 p.m. matinees on Saturdays and Sundays, November 10, 11, 17 and 18.
Several Sugarman Vocal Studio students are performing in lead roles and other students are in the ensemble and chorus.
LITTLE ME follows the career of a dubious talent who becomes a “D List” celebrity. Maybelle Schlumfert, a self-deluded and full-figured girl rises in a rags-to-riches-to-rags-to-riches fashion to become the glamorous Belle Poitrine. Hysteria ensues with LITTLE ME serving up copious quantities of husbands, wacky characters, and international adventures. The satire even boasts a murder trial.
