She has sung onstage at Alice Tully Hall, Off-Broadway, and at 142 Throckmorton, where she has performed her solo concerts along with renowned accompanist Mike Greensill. Illana has performed lead roles for Theatreworks Palo Alto, the Mountain Play, and 42nd Street Moon in San Francisco among others in both the Bay Area and NYC. She was named Best Female Broadway Vocalist in the SF Cabaret 2000 Talent Competition, and KCBS’s Ronn Owens awarded her debut CD, Hot in Here, the winner of the “Best Music You’ve Never Heard.” Illana trained at Stanford University and at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre in New York City.
